😋Ready Whip (2 Tbsp) provides 15 calories and only 1 gram of sugar.
First, place about 1/2 tsp honey in the bottom of a small bowl. Add in about 1/8 C berries (I use sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries). Top with 1 Tbsp of Reddi Whip.
Serving size is 2 portion cups.
